I Did It!!

Even though I am not a girly-girl who does this often, I'm starting off with a squeal!

{Squeal}

I did something creative! Yes, me {Miss Not-so-Crafty} took on and conquered a craft project. Mark this day on your calendar friends…I am not sure when it will happen again!

Let me tell you about this super simple crafty project, that I did, all by myself (mostly)...and it looks alright!

I went to the dollar store and purchased some picture frames. Then, I went to JoAnn’s and purchased some scrap paper and stickers.

Shopping - I can handle!

I went home and assembled the frames with a different scrap paper pattern each and decorated with some stickers.

Yea - the gig is up. This wasn't so hard.

All I had left was to sweet talk hubby into hanging them for me and - ta-da! The finished product: An organization hub for my family that is fun to use and visually pleasing (mostly).

Although you can tell I am a complete amateur, and I would probably change some of the patterns (and might down the road), I am still pleased with the overall outcome of this project.

I can take zero credit for the idea. I was blog hopping one day last month and came across this idea to keep my family organized. I clicked on a blog in the blogosphere and clicked on an idea, which led me to another idea, and then to another, and finally to what I actually did. I have no clue where I first started though to give anyone props. If this was your idea, give me a shout so you get the credit you deserve for being {brilliant}!
