Fruity Pork Chops

My family likes to eat pork chops. I always feel like I am doing the same ole' thing with my chops. How many ways can you bread them? I took the plunge and decided to experiment with marinade. Lucky for me - it worked!

You'll need:
1/3 cup of orange marmalade
1 small can of chili peppers, undrained
2 tablespoons of lime juice

Mix it all together and pour over your chops. Shake them up and let them sit in the fridge for several hours before grilling.


That's it! You'll enjoy the incredible flavor and your family will think you spent hours on dinner.

  1. I used to bread mine all the time but then I went gluten free in September last year so have just been grilling them plain. I love this recipe. Might have to try it this week. :)
