My hubby is a meatloaf lover. I've never been so fond of it myself, but I do try to win his heart with a loaf every now and then. I found an old Rachel Ray recipe for turkey meatloaf, and adapted it slightly for my family. The result was smiles and seconds!
What you'll need:
2 pounds ground turkey
2 boxes stuffing mix
Your favorite seasonings as needed
Simply make the stuffing as directed and allow it to cool. Mix the cooled stuffing with the ground turkey and egg. Put the mixture into a loaf pan and bake away - 350 for about an hour.
